What will you be doing?
Oz Lotteries is embarking on an exciting transformational journey. Over time, our competitors' digital experiences have caught up. Now, Oz Lotteries is reinventing itself to offer a seamless experience and a new benchmark in excitement, fun, and pleasure in play.

You will be able to lead design and video production for Oz Lotteries' new brand strategy. Your role will be critical to visually embedding Oz Lotteries' new brand into the market. As well as be accountable for bringing joy and delight into design and video production, governing our brand principles and working closely with the Brand and Content Manager and product designers to ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative campaigns, illustrations (bonus: animate), and engaging designs for various assets (social, website, app, video, etc.).Partner with internal stakeholders to produce organic video content across channels.Develop and maintain a digital style guide for the new Oz Lotteries brand.Ensure all graphic designs adhere to Oz Lotteries' new brand standards.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure design consistency across the customer journey.Develop an internal design production workflow and deliver high-quality work to meet briefs and strategic goals.Effectively pitch and rationalise design decisions, taking feedback constructively.Own and maintain Oz Lotteries brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to the standards.Provide guidance and support to other departments on brand-related designs.Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify brand enhancement opportunities.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on brand initiatives.Support the wider business with occasional design tasks (documents, presentations, reports). 03rd June, 2024 About Us

Strong experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Bonus if you've got experience in animation/video editing tools like AfterEffects.Relevant experience in design, video production or content creation. Strong understanding and application of UX/UI mobile-first design principles.Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Familiarity with the lottery industry or online gaming industry is a plus.A portfolio must be submitted with your application (either online or in PDF) that showcases your design ability. If shortlisted it is likely you will also be required to complete a design task to demonstrate your creative initiative with respect to our brand. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000+Super (Dependant on experience)
