Motel Manager – Beachway Motel & Restaurant in Ulverstone Tasmania We are looking for an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee daily operations and guest services.
This is a live-on-site role, offering a fantastic opportunity to manage a motel in a professional yet friendly setting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the motel, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service.Monitor bookings and revenue performance.Maintain accurate financial records and reports.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Key Requirements: Minimum of three years of prior experience in the hotel/motel industry is essential.Proficiency in motel management software (experience with RoomMaster is a bonus).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.Salary Package: Competitive salary of $74,000Job Type: Full-time
