An opportunity is available for an experienced on-site motel manager to oversee the running of an 18-room motel at beautiful Hervey Bay.
The Hervey Bay Motel is located on the Esplanade of Hervey Bay.
As the Motel Manager, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the Motel.
The successful applicant must be willing to live on site.
The accommodation is a two-story, 3-bedroom house attached to the office.
A suitable remuneration will be negotiated.

Tasks & Responsibilities Manage the performance of employees, induction, training, and development of housekeeping staff.
Manage the daily operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Manage and resolve guest concerns in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing compliance in WH&S, licensing, fire regulations, and essential services.
Qualifications & Requirements The successful applicants will have a strong background in hospitality operations, staff roster, and cost control management.
Previous experience in a hands-on role, actively leading from the front to set the culture.
Extensive knowledge of booking management software.
Good understanding of housekeeping operations.
Great with people and the ability to build rapport easily.
Proven track record of outstanding guest satisfaction and being able to create memorable moments.
