Motel Management Couple/ Motel Manager

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated motel manager or motel management couple to manage our 32-room motel located in Bathurst, Central West NSW.
On-site accommodation will be provided as part of the package.
Please note this is a 7-day work week.
Start date ASAP.
Duties & tasks Reception and Front of HouseManagement of staff and rosterGeneral housekeeping & supervisionProperty maintenance and ground upkeepingRoom service breakfastStock orderingNo bookkeeping, but assortment of reports requiredEnsure workplace safety is in placeEnsure guest satisfaction and provide good customer serviceSkills & Requirements Hands-on and hard workingExcellent customer service skills and mannersFollowing company proceduresCompetent computer and MS Office skillsGuestpoint / PMS software skill is a bonusFlexibility in work hours during daily operationsHandyman skillMeeting targets and expenses budgetBusiness management experience is required; motel management experience is a bonusOwn valid A.B.N number is required for the contractAn up-to-date police check is requiredA current Food Safety Supervisor certificate is requiredWe will provide full training and ongoing support during the contract period. Experience is a bonus; willingness to learn and hard work is a must.
