In doing so, you'll help men feel supported on their health journey and ensure they have a "mate" along the way.
What you'll do
On a day to day basis you will:
Provide general and technical support to customers with new and existing products and services Identify potential customer challenges and troubleshoot accordingly Identify opportunities to provide value-add services to our customers Manage a number of customer communication channels including web chat and email enquiries Experience you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is solutions-focused, proactive and brings a positive attitude to everything they do. The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years experience in a customer service or support role Excellent IT/computer skills/understanding A professional and courteous verbal and written communication style Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to learn fast A high level of empathy and confidentiality What's on offer
