About the role In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Residential Mortgage Settlements and Settlement Verification to independently run your own files from start to finish.
As a valued member of our team you will have the opportunity to actively assist people achieve their home ownership goals, by delivering pro-active, empathetic customer service.
MSA National's own in-house, purpose built workflow management system provides the highest level of automation and functionality, ensuring you are supported by industry leading processes and systems.
Your duties will include:
Managing communication with key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' representatives and major Australian banks;Managing disbursements and certifying files;Managing PEXA settlements;About you This role requires a professional, confident and highly organized person to take ownership of mortgage files.
To be successful in this dynamic role, you will:
Enjoy a positive, face-to-face team environment as this is an in-office position;Be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks;Maintain professionalism and a calm solution-focused attitude at all times;Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines;Have an acute eye for detail; andAt least 2 years end to end Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within Service Level Agreements.This role is suited for a performance driven individual who thrives in a high volume and deadline driven environment.
