Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Henley Home Loans in Fulham, SA. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying financial information, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You will communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to close loans efficiently.
 Administrative tasks include:  Processing Loan Applications through to SettlementData EntryOperating the reception deskManaging the office diaryServicing Existing CustomersManaging Letters and emailsScanning and FilingPreparing loan documentsUpdating clients Qualifications: Knowledge of mortgage lending proceedures and regulationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and manage time effectivelyProficiency in data entry and computer skillsPrevious experience in mortgage loan processing is preferredCertificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage broking is a plus. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
