Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: You will be working alongside an experienced mortgage broker, delivering exceptional customer service, following up on supporting documents, lodging loans, and seeing them through to settlement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Sending off Hello Packs to clientsAnalyzing loan application documents and packaging the loan for clientsUnderstanding the lender policy attached to the product chosen for the clientLiaising with lenders, clients, and conveyancers to ensure that settlements occur smoothlySubmitting loan applications through AOLReviewing and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirementsEnsuring that loan submission quality is at the highest possible standardsProviding administrative support as and where requiredFollowing Loan Market policies regulated by ASICMost scenarios will be related to residential financing, but you will also gain significant exposure to complex clients and commercials.Must-have Skills / Qualification: Ideally have 3 - 5 year's experience in a similar roleHigh attention to detailSpeedy delivery and professional client interactionAbility to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are metDemonstrate consistent standards and the highest level of technical proficiencyDemonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitudeProactive and self-motivatedExcellent communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectationsAbility to complete loan servicing, identify liabilities, and ensure high quality of all documentsStrong problem-solving skillsAdvantageous: Having experience using myCRMHaving experience using DialpadHaving experience using Google SuiteJob type:Permanent
