About the roleAs Elders embarks on an exciting period of growth and transformation, we have opportunities across our National Branch Network for Mortgage Brokers to join our team in Hobart on a full-time, permanent basis!
In this role, you will work alongside some of Australia's top agents, guiding clients through the mortgage process by assessing their mortgage needs and delivering customised solutions.
Responsibilities: Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending optionsLiaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditionsPrepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirementsWork with senior management on strategies for business growthParticipate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skillsAbout You: Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lendingCert IV in Mortgage Broking / DiplomaStrong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processesAccreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to naturally build rapportProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentTo succeed at Elders, you: Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave a passion for finance and an active interest in helping peopleAre driven by sales and successAren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build new businessHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current clientsAbout Elders Home & Commercial FinanceElders Home and Commercial Finance was established primarily to assist Elders Real Estate home buyers with property finance.
