Mortgage Broker

The Role: You will be utilising your industry knowledge and ensuring all transactions are seamless. On a day-to-day basis, your specific duties will include, but not be limited to - Packaging applications (from lead to submission) Undertake negotiations with mortgage providers Communicating with clients and lenders (written as well as verbal) Compare various offerings and recommending to the client Arranging valuation and pricing Undertake income verification and serviceability Database/CRM management  General broker assisting duties Managing applications from Submission to Settlement   The Candidate: Must have relevant qualification in finance Minimum of 1 year loan packaging & processing experience.
Atleast one year of experience in Australian mortgage industry ApplyOnline (AOL) experience is desirable but not mandatory.  Ability to manage a high-volume workload & problem solving.
Provide a high standard of customer service.  Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Experience in Loan Structuring is desirable but not mandatory.
