Mortgage Broker

Details of the offer

Company Description In 1992, Aussie was born - taking on the big banks, bringing competition to the home lending industry, and revolutionising the Australian mortgage market forever.
Fast forward to today, and Aussie is the largest retail mortgage broking network in the country and Australia's #1 brokerage*, with over 220 stores and 1000 brokers nationwide!
When you join Aussie, you join a brand on a mission to change the way Australians experience home lending - for good. Over the past 30 years, we've helped more than 1 million Australians achieve their home ownership dreams, and supported countless brokers in building thriving businesses.
With more home loans being settled by brokers than ever, and our market share continuing to grow, we're looking to expand our family and help more Australians build thriving mortgage broking businesses with Aussie.
Job Description Our Aussie mobile brokers work remotely and flexibly, supporting customers in a way that works for both parties - that usually means over the phone or via video appointment, but may also mean catching up face-to-face in a mutually convenient location from time to time.
Regardless, you can say goodbye to office mandates and long commutes!
Our broker's businesses are powered by the industry's #1 technology platform and backed by the leading broker value proposition in market.
Aussie brokers benefit from pre-qualified customer appointments booked into their diaries and also receive loan processing support.
This adds significant capacity back to our brokers, allowing them to focus on what they do best - interacting directly with customers and focusing on income generation instead of wasting time on cold leads and unnecessary admin.
This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity, where you will:
Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates. Provide customers with lending solutions. Use the Aussie tech platform to liaise with our centralised Client Solutions team who will take care of loan processing and most of the home loan admin on your behalf. Connect with your community and build referral networks for your business. Qualifications To make the most of this opportunity, you will need: A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - if you don't have a Cert IV, our team can connect you with a provider. At least 12 month's experience in mortgage broking, home lending, or banking. A strong desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams. The drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage broking business. Australian citizenship or permanent residency. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? This self-employed opportunity gives you the chance to partner with Australia's #1 brokerage* to build your very own thriving mortgage broking business, where you're in complete control of your income.
Our top 50 brokers are currently earning over $300K in commissions annually!
To help fuel your income growth, you will:
Have pre-qualified customer appointments booked into your diary. Receive loan processing support. Have access to the #1 home loan platform in the industry, with pioneering features designed to accelerate your productivity and expedite your business growth. Receive access to ongoing learning and training opportunities. Benefit from personalised sales and business planning support from a dedicated sales mentor. Have access to regular professional and social networking opportunities with our 1300-strong broker network. Enjoy legitimate progression opportunities. Our industry leading Pathways Program is seeing our brokers and team members build lucrative careers and sustainable financial futures. If you're ready to help Australians secure their property dreams, while building a successful future of your very own, we want to hear from you! Apply today and someone from our friendly team will be in touch soon.
