What are we looking for? We are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth with a high level of client enquiry and are offering an opportunity for either an experienced or new-to-industry mortgage broker to join our team. Mortgage brokers are currently responsible for more than 70% of all loans written in Australia, and we have a rare opportunity for another quality operator to join our team. This is a sales role and broking is a demanding profession – but if you have a hunger to be successful, then Clarity can equip you with the tools, skills, and clients to be one of the best. This is a salaried position with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
Key responsibilities: Engage with clients from initial enquiry through to settlement.Recommend loan structures, products, and lenders that best suit client needs.Determine loan serviceability, prepare application submissions, and actively manage the loan from approval to settlement.Ensure compliance standards are met.Ongoing review and support for our existing active database of clients.Nurture and grow referral relationships.Maintain industry and lender knowledge across our panel of 30+ lenders.Uphold our values of integrity, professionalism, hunger, and positivity.You are a good fit if you: Are passionate, hungry, and hardworking.Operate from a strong client focus in all you do.Are able and willing to deal with pressure, multiple deadlines, and time-sensitive tasks.Have exceptional communication skills.Maintain a positive and energetic work attitude even when things go wrong.Possess solid numerical skills.Are willing to work outside of normal business hours, especially weekday evenings.Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.What's in it for you: Generous base salary with an uncapped bonus structure.Year 1 - $100k pa.Year 2 - $160k pa.Year 3 - $240k pa.Year 4 - $300k pa.Industry-leading mentoring and support.An opportunity to learn from an industry-best training program and be part of a team of Australia's best brokers.A new, exciting career path and profession.Existing client portfolio to foster and develop.Basically, we are searching for another superstar who wants to join our amazing team!
