The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic sales-minded professionals to join our Goulburn office in conjunction with our Bowral location. In this business and working alongside Robert Simpson, you will provide crucial support and work closely with a diverse range of clients.
You'll play an essential part in adding value throughout the entire local community, with the opportunity of career progression within the business and potential of senior roles. We are looking for a local star with an obsession for growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing and submitting home loan applications. Analyzing and processing financial documents for clients. Liaising with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Managing client files and assisting in maintaining workflow for timely processing. Requirements: Strong sales skills. Past experience would be an advantage. Approachable nature. A passion to grow personally and through the business. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye on detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Competence in numeracy and literacy. Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required. A local advocate for the community.
