Working on behalf of our client based in Deeside.
We are currently recruiting for Mortgage Advisors to work on a self-employed basis.
Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and goals.Provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products, explaining the pros and cons of each option.Assist clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.Stay updated with the latest market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed advice.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.What we are looking for in the successful candidate: CeMAP qualified or working towards (funding available if working towards)Currently working as a Mortgage Advisor PAYE but looking to make the move to self-employedDriving licence and own transport essential.Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to self-manage own workloadWhat our client can offer in return: Salary match for first 9 months for those moving across from PAYEConsistent warm leadsOur client sells zero broker fee mortgages, an attractive USP for customers.Office Space provided - but flexibility for you to work where you want. #J-18808-Ljbffr
