We are seeking applications for a Cellar Door Supervisor to join the iconic Morris of Rutherglen Winery, located in the beautiful region of Victoria.
As Cellar Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cellar Door environment, including supervision of permanent and casual cellar door staff to ensure a best-in-class experience for visitors, generating visitation, stimulating membership, and events.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous supervisory experience (preferred)Previous Cellar Door experience (preferred)Sales and customer service focusBasic computer knowledge, for example, email and Excel, is essentialValid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) permitComprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants.
