As a Cellar Door Ambassador, you will provide wine tastings, Cellar Door sales and showcase our unique and memorable styles of cocktails and mixed drinks using the finest Spirits, Wine & Fortifieds that Morris is world renowned for!
This is a hands-on role which suits a highly organised, motivated, and proactive individual who works well in a team.

Responsibilities: Responsibility of daily setup, operations and maintenance of barDevelop new styles of mixed drinks & cocktailsAssist in wine/whisky tasting experiences and salesManaging stock and orders with the Cellar Door teamAccurately record tasting stockAdherence to all stated WHS procedures and practicesConduct your work safely, efficiently and diligently at all timesAvailability to work Thursday-Sunday and occasional eveningsSkills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in a hospitality environmentEffective time management and problem-solving skillsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Sales and customer service experienceMixology experience (desirable)Cellar Door experience (desirable)If you are looking to build yourself a rewarding career in the beverage industry and would like to be a part of the next chapter at Morris of Rutherglen, Apply Now!
