The Head of Marketing, Communications & PR is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, public relations, and communication strategies that align with SAJC's long-term strategic goals. This role will ensure that all marketing, communications, and PR efforts support the SAJC's growth objectives, brand development, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, this leader will ensure accountability for delivering measurable outcomes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance SAJC's reputation and revenue generation.

Positive stakeholder relationships and engagement. Successful community outreach enhancing SAJC's profile. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is desirable. Demonstrated experience in PR, communications, and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in managing public relations, media relations, and strategic communication initiatives. Extensive experience in handling media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management. Demonstrated ability to act as a key liaison between an organisation and the media, providing strategic guidance and ensuring consistent messaging. Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, government agencies, and community groups. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging across various platforms.
