The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the Morgans team as a Customer Service Technician on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across the Morgans' network and for our clients, all while enhancing your technical skills and delivering outstanding service.
Benefits Eligible to participate in bonus scheme Learning and development opportunities including Morgans' Mentoring program Discounted financial services, health care, gym memberships & more Positive impact on the community through the Morgans Foundation and paid volunteer days What you will be doing Respond to incoming IT requests and incidents from end users via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email, providing courteous and professional service Triage requests by gathering detailed information, including caller details, nature of the issue, impact, and desired outcome Build strong rapport with the client base, ensuring a positive and helpful experience Record, track, and document the troubleshooting process, capturing all decisions and actions taken, from initial contact to final resolution Develop proficiency in using the systems, software, and hardware supported by Morgans Provide hands-on support at the desktop level, including software installations and upgrades, hardware installations, and system/application configurations What you will bring Strong IT troubleshooting skills with the ability to effectively triage and resolve calls Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously Proven experience in IT support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer focus with a service-oriented attitude A proactive, enthusiastic approach to assisting others A sense of urgency and a proactive mindset in problem-solving How to Apply If you are interested in this role and would like to join the Morgans team, please click apply and submit your cover letter and resume.
