The Opportunity As Billing Officer, you will play an essential part in ensuring the accurate setup of Wealth+ accounts for fees. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of executing precise monthly and quarterly billing runs, ensuring the timely payment of Adviser commissions. Join us in making every detail count!
What you will be doing Ensuring all new accounts are set up as per Fee Schedules Processing fee schedule changes and adjustments for existing clients Scheduling monthly and quarterly billing runs and validating the output prior to collection of fees from client accounts Processing Wealth+ Adviser commission payments and assisting with related queries Providing support to the broader Treasury team as required What you will bring A basic understanding of Portfolio Management principles and processes Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Why Join Morgans?
