The Opportunity Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity as a Dealers Assistant for Team Hedditch? We're on the lookout for a proactive individual to provide vital support to our Advisers and ensure the smooth functioning of our dealing room operations.
What you will be doing Assist with general duties to ensure client trades are executed and settled efficiently, accurately and on time Provide clients with exceptional customer service, prompt responses and the correct information Assist Advisers with managing IPO and placements Assist with function co-ordination Organise general outgoing correspondence – mail outs, SOA, change in address, change in holdings, change in name etc, and specific team marketing campaigns Use Salesforce to record client requests, conversations, messages and work completed so Advisers can monitor Coordinate and organise meetings and client functions Daily use of various market systems Prepare Off Market Transfers What you will bring Self-motivated and deadline driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel and general computer skills Financial market background (advantageous) Client focused Engaging and approachable Yes, I want to apply!
