Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analysing and improving business processes to drive efficiency and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the business as it scales and evolves.
Key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document existing processes across the business. Identifying areas for process improvement, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall efficiency. Supporting the design and implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to improve decision-making. Assisting in the development of business process documentation, including process maps and SOPs. Working closely with project teams to track and monitor process changes and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will offer: 1-2 years of experience in a similar Business Process Analyst role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to document processes and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work. Experience in property, construction, or related industries is a plus (but not essential).
