About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 1-3 years' post-admission experience to join our Sydney CTP team. Working under the guidance of a Specialist Accredited Partner, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of claims.
Following changes to the CTP regime, our Lawyers are working with our major Insurer clients to deliver a legally sound and commercially driven approach to this exciting and growing field. With no two matters being the same, this is a great way to hone your litigation skills in a busy practice.
You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include:
Drafting advices Corresponding with claimant solicitors Submissions and replies via the PIC portal Briefing experts and Counsel Court appearances About you Whilst Defendant CTP experience will be highly regarded, your genuine enthusiasm and interest in learning this area of law will be of most importance, as well as your commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
