About the role Reporting to the Team Leader - Youth Housing, you will provide direction, encouragement, and support to young people residing at the village. You will act as a positive role model and provide support and education with practical tasks related to everyday living, strengthening the young person's confidence and independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc. At least one mentor will be on-site and available to ensure the safety and support of young people every night of the year. The expected start date is March 2024.
