Job Description Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Key Account Manager.
The approach will be ensuring that partners are well-informed about Montu's latest products and offerings, aligning these with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics with the best solutions available from Montu.
Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: GP Networking: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with a broad network of GPs to understand their needs and concerns regarding patient care and treatment options.
Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and maintain a high standard of service.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to manage communications and resolve issues efficiently.
Clinical Support: Clinical Inquiries: Respond to complex clinical questions and inquiries from GPs, providing evidence-based information and support.
Medical Guidance: Provide guidance on the appropriate use of medications, addressing off-label usage questions and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Product Knowledge and Communication: Field Insights: Share field insights with the internal teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and R&D, to inform product development, marketing strategies, and educational materials.
Community Engagement: Participate in the development of strategies and plans for products and therapies within the healthcare professional community.
Commercial and Sales Performance: Market Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company based on interactions with GPs and knowledge of the GP market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align medical strategies with business objectives.
Ongoing Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Forecasting and Reporting: Generate and present detailed forecasts, and plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
Achieve Targets: Meet targets for the number of meetings per week, satisfaction, and sales to support commercial growth.
Qualifications: 4+ years experience in key account management; highly desirable if you have experience dealing with General Practitioners or have a hunter mentality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building long-standing influential KOL relationships.
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
