About the role
Spark your career with this extraordinary Sales Executive opportunity. Play an integral role in fulfilling the great Australian dream of owning a beautiful new home as you meet and nurture clients through their Montgomery Homes build journey. Inspire prospective clients as you present potential home designs, discuss façade options and materials, and suggest floorplans that will amplify their lifestyles. Plus, make a lasting impression as Montgomery Homes' first point of client contact at our beautiful display homes in Sydney.
Building industry experience is not essential for this role, making it the perfect stepping stone for applicants looking to expand and excel from within industries such as retail, drafting, real estate, and more. With all job training provided — be supported by fellow passionate and driven Sales Executives, and coached by an exceptional Sales Manager.
Display homes are busiest on weekends when your superstar sales skills will truly come alive. The successful applicant will be available to work five days a week, including most weekends, public holidays, and other times as required.
In this enticing sales position, you'll thrive within an attractive commission-based framework. This framework offers substantial income opportunities tied to achieving successful sales outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Cultivating client engagement and communication to drive and achieve agreed sales targets Managing the full sales cycle from developing leads, nurturing, and closing deals Ensuring timely responses to all incoming leads and appointments through our CRM system, HubSpot Making an excellent first impression — you will manage display homes across North West Sydney Networking with land sales agents to secure exclusive lot opportunities Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients Selling new homes offers a huge amount of personal satisfaction. There is nothing quite like experiencing your client's excitement when they move into their brand-new Montgomery Home.
Plus, with renowned interior designer Shaynna Blaze as our brand ambassador, you can rest assured that the product you are selling is endorsed by the very best in the business.
The successful applicant will possess:
Proven history of exceeding sales targets Proactive approach to continuous customer care Exceptional people skills Great negotiation skills Trusted work ethic to function autonomously Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel The desire to be a very successful and dedicated sales professional In addition, you must be an active listener, a problem solver, and able to provide ideas that align with our client's needs. You must also be highly organised and able to prioritise.
