The Team and Role The successful candidate will be part of the Building & Construction practice, working alongside esteemed partners.
You will be working on a broad range of matters and your responsibilities will include: Drafting tender and procurement documents.
Providing guidance on claims against various entities in the construction process.
Assisting in efficient dispute resolution through negotiation and alternative methods.
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-admission experience in construction matters, particularly in construction disputes.
Additional qualifications include: Experience with defects disputes.
Familiarity with working with building experts.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
