About the Role
At Wattle Montessori, we're dedicated to fostering children's independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
With multiple rooms open, you'll have the opportunity to join a collaborative team, designing and delivering Montessori programs tailored to each child's developmental stage.
We believe in continuous growth, so you'll have access to both internal and external Montessori training, ensuring you thrive in your role and can explore new approaches to support children's development.

Key Responsibilities for Room Leaders and Room Assistants
Implement Montessori Practices: Create and maintain a high-quality Montessori program with the support and input of our team.
Collaborate with a Passionate Team: Work alongside Montessori educators to build a nurturing, learning-focused environment.
Create and Maintain a Prepared Environment: Organise and care for a welcoming Montessori space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Engage Families: Partner with parents to support each child's growth, sharing regular updates and insights.
Who We're Looking For
Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma Dedication to Montessori Principles: You share our commitment to nurturing independence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
Experience: Prior experience in early childhood or Montessori settings is valued.
