Job Description: We are looking for a Montessori Assistant Educator who is passionate about working with children in a Montessori 3-6 classroom. You'll be working with a friendly team of educators in a supportive and positive workplace with a great culture. At Pearl Montessori, every educator feels valued, a sense of belonging and purpose, making a positive impact in the lives of children.
We will provide you with professional development opportunities and lots of perks to show our appreciation for our educators (staff lunches & staff events). If you do not have formal training in Montessori, you are still welcome to apply for this position as long as you are willing to undertake the Montessori 3-6 Orientation Course.
To apply for this position, candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:
Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children Montessori 3-6 Orientation Certificate or equivalent or willingness to complete the 3-6 Orientation Course Understanding of Montessori 3-6 Curriculum, the EYLF and NQS The ability to take responsibility and work collaboratively in a team environment Adequate organisation skills to prepare the environment and make materials where required A willingness to use and learn technology and computer literacy A willingness to support colleagues A passion and commitment to early childhood education A valid working with children check To apply for this position, please send your CV to Natalie:
