About the Role We are seeking Preschool Teachers (ECT) and educators (Diploma) who have relevant qualifications to help lead our dynamic team to provide a high-quality educational program. You must be dedicated, have a great work ethic, be passionate, have a great attitude and exceptional time management skills! We offer a great long-term opportunity for pre-graduate, post-graduate or experienced Early Childhood Teachers to expand their careers with us, and financial assistance with study time to upgrade qualifications from a Cert to a Diploma, or a Diploma to an ECT. These positions are permanent full/part time and applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with documentation, an ability to form meaningful relationships. Skills & Requirements Working toward or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma or equivalent (Recognised by ACECQA) Prior teaching experience in a childcare environment is essential Cert, Diploma or ECT Sound knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Excellent documentation, communication, planning and time management skills.
