Montessori Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for an experienced Montessori Kindergarten Teacher to join us at Springvale Campus.Key duties for the position include:Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending children's learning.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.What you will need:Current VIT registration OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care experience working in Montessori early years sectors.Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis trainingExcellent interpersonal communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment and to work flexibly, both within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.A thorough knowledge of children's development and ability to observe, plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate children's programs.If you are keen to be part of our excellent INSPIRE team, please send your current CV stating your past roles and qualities, including your qualifications, to
