Montessori Early Childhood Educator In Fremantle & Maddington

Orchard Montessori is a small, intimate family-run business that established its first centre at Maddington in 2010. In 2016 we opened our sister centre at Fremantle. We offer educational-based Montessori learning for children aged 6 months to 5 years.We are currently looking for reliable, trustworthy, and innovative Montessori Educators to join our team at Fremantle & Maddington. You should be able to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom where every child feels included.Responsibilities include:Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in their environment.Developing jobs in the room that stimulate independent learning and methods that cater to the individual needs of the child.Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.Establishing a rapport with both children and their families.Monitoring and assessing children's progress and writing reports.You must show an ability to:Multitask, keep calm under pressure and treat everyone with respect.Excellent planning and organisational skills.Be patient with excellent observational and communication skills.Qualifications should include:Diploma in Early Childhood Education & CareYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as an early childhood educator?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Have you completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care?
