CCA Investment Group is the distinguished family office division and founding shareholder of the thriving Montessori Academy Group (MAG) childcare business located in the inner west of Sydney at Summer Hill.
Since its establishment in the year 2000, CCA Investment Group has been actively involved in the acquisition and development of commercial properties.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a commercial and driven Senior Property Accountant to join our flourishing finance team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the property portfolio and financial operations of CCA Investment Group.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management

Manage the financial and administrative aspects of the property portfolio and motor vehicle fleet.
Understand contracts, settlement statements, stamp duty, rental leases, and manage relationships with financiers, valuers, real estate agents, and suppliers.
Management Accounting

Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.
Perform month-end procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, and reconciliations of related party loans.
Maintain fixed asset register and handle lease accounting.
Oversee cashflow management.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with insightful commentary.
Prepare half-yearly bank covenant reports and oversee cashflow management.
Review contracts and organise documentation for investment, financing and audit purposes.
Assist with auditing and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Collaborate with external tax agent to review income tax returns, including QS reports for properties.
Review and lodge quarterly BAS & IASs, including remitting GST, PAYGI & PAYG WHT to the ATO.
Manage monthly payroll process for a small team, including managing compliance obligations.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Professional accounting qualification (e.g.
CA or CPA) preferable Some experience in property accounting or related roles Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in accounting software (e.g.
MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Us
