Position: Pre-Montessori Room Leader (1.5 – 3 year olds)
Location: Nurture Montessori in Victoria Park

Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a supportive and inclusive community. Oversee daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and centre policies. Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
