Code Red, part of Chubb Fire & Security, an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies, is looking for a Monitoring/Contact Centre Operator to join our Perth team.
The role is in Jandakot, which is part of the Cockburn council area of Perth. With free parking on site and a short bus ride away from Cockburn Central train station and shopping centre, it is an ideal location to work.
Candidates must be able to:
Work in a fast-paced Monitoring Centre role which requires a calm manner, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.Have strong communication skills and computer literacy.Multitask across prioritised alarm events and inbound calls.Liaise with emergency services, security patrols, and a diverse range of clients.Schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call outs.Work a rotating 24/7 roster onsite; there are no work-from-home opportunities.The role will suit individuals with a strong customer service background, team players who have the ability to work autonomously, resilient and reliable career-focused professionals. Individuals who have great self-awareness and disciplined stress management techniques will succeed in this role.
We are looking for individuals that promote the highest levels of ethical standards. You need to be able to hold or obtain a Criminal History Police clearance and attend a Pre-Employment Medical.
This is an award-based role (Clerks Private Sector Award 2020) with rostered shift patterns based around 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts: 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am). Projected earnings on these rosters are approximately $70,000 working less than 180 days of the year.
