Job details 6 Months Duration Dayshift and Nightshift 4/4 Roster Jandakot , WA About the role: WorkPac is seeking a Monitoring Officer to join our client for a 6 month duration based in Jandakot, WA.
The role will suit individuals with a strong customer service background, team players who have the ability to work autonomously, resilient and reliable career focused professionals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring all alarms and calls are actioned, and complaints are resolved or escalated in accordance with Response Centre procedures.
Effectively communicating with internal and external customers including Emergency Services.
Working with and supporting different areas within the business, including our Customer Service team.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints and performing customer verifications.
Ensuring all alarm events are actioned.
Maintaining a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts.
Skills and Experience Required: Strong customer service experience on the phone or face to face, ideally within monitoring, emergency or helpline call centres.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a broad range enquiries.
Savvy with technology, and able to pick up new digital technologies with ease.
National Police clearance or/ability to obtain and maintain.
Schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call outs.
Working a rotating 24/7 roster onsite and there are no working from home opportunities.
