Lead implementation of the Global MEAL Plan and build partner capacity in MEAL 12 month fixed term, part-time (22.5 hours per week), commencing January 2025, remote worker would be considered Not for profit, member organisation based in Sydney and Brisbane As MEAL Specialist, you will lead the implementation of ASHM's Global Division MEAL Plan, working with Program Managers to undertake MEAL project level activities and working with local partner organisations to strengthen their MEAL capacity.

About the Position Candidates must have at least seven years' experience in MEAL, including within international programs.
Responsibilities include: Building the capacity of in country partner organisations in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning.
Leading the implementation of division level and project level MEAL plans and frameworks.
Conducting monitoring and evaluations activities on small to medium sized health projects in the Indo-Pacific region including data.
Developing M&E structures, processes and tools that meet the needs of the global division and projects.
Undertaking data analysis and contributing to reporting.
About You With a passion for and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning within international projects, you will add value to the ASHM Global Division team and projects.
Your qualifications could include a post graduate degree in public health or monitoring & evaluation.
