About the Role
We're looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join our team working on solar farm projects in Bundaberg and Albury starting in the New Year! If you have experience operating both wheeled excavators (rubber duck) and tracked excavators, we want to hear from you. This is a long-term opportunity with 10.5-hour days, Monday to Saturday, and accommodation provided.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our solar farm projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Locations : Bundaberg & Albury, NSW
Roster: Monday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Operating both wheeled (rubber duck) and tracked excavators safely and efficiently on a solar farm Adhering to site-specific safety protocols and procedures Working closely with the team to ensure the project stays on track Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times Why You'll Love Working with Us:

Has experience operating both wheeled (rubber duck) and tracked excavators Holds the necessary licenses and qualifications Has experience operating loaders, telehandlers, and tractors (a bonus!) Has a strong focus on safety and quality, making sure every task is completed to the highest standard Enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive, supportive work environment How to Apply:
