About the Role
Due to our continued success, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on multiple renewable energy/construction projects on a 2/1 Roster . Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Ability to coach and mentor Senior Supervisors and hold site leadership teams accountable for holding crucial conversations. Effectively utilise people across the Business Unit to achieve project outcomes. Inspire and lead relevant work teams within the Business Unit in all aspects of their employment from wages to safety and quality drives. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Monford Employee Agreements (EA's) and relevant legislation and apply/conduct HR procedures to manage the workforce when required (i.e., grievance and discipline procedures). Champion safety, quality, and environment culture onsite in line with the Monford safety culture. Facilitate, coach and monitor activities to reduce risk (i.e., work method statements, workplace inspections, audits, investigation, and risk registers). Ensure HSEQ compliance/reporting is achieved and communicate any changes to relevant policies and procedures. About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
You will hold the required Degree in Construction Management or similar and have significant previous experience in a similar role on a large construction project, within the resources sector or similar. 10+ years' experience in Senior Supervisors role, managing 200+ resources. Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Construction Induction White Card. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes. Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders. How to Apply
