We're seeking experienced Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Supervisors to join our solar farm project in Albury, NSW. In these roles, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the project stays on track, delivering top-tier results safely and on time. Key Responsibilities:
Civil Supervisor: Oversee all civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete operations, and site infrastructure. Mechanical Supervisor: Lead the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring precision and quality. You're someone who can:
Lead your team with strong, supportive leadership, drawing from extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in solar farms. Keep the team motivated, engaged, and aligned with project goals, ensuring cohesive teamwork. Collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and the Project Manager for seamless project coordination. Uphold the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project. Monitor progress, manage resources effectively, and ensure all project milestones are achieved.
