What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our financial forecast models and pricing models. This role is critical to driving key strategic decisions, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis. The Senior Analyst will work closely with senior leadership, finance, treasury, and data analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights Stakeholder Engagement Process Improvement & Automation Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related. CFA preferred but not mandatory. Extensive experience in financial modelling, pricing analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably within financial services or non-bank financial institutions. Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Strong understanding of lending products, pricing strategies, and forecasting methodologies. Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to distil complex analysis into simple insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
