Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor to help build and lead a team of Loan Processors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan processing, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and clients to facilitate timely loan approvals and settlements. Utilise advanced loan processing software to track and manage loan applications efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, lending regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to the loan processing team. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan processing within the financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in loan processing software. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
