We are currently seeking a HSE Advisor in our onshore Energy division to provide HSE advice, and ensure compliance with client and company health, safety and environment standards.

Provide HSE advice and expertise to our major Energy maintenance contract. Improve HSE performance, culture and management. Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness. Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards. Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA's, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards. Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions. Maintain knowledge of contemporary HSE practices to recommend and implement effective HSE solutions. Conduct routine and ad-hoc analysis and investigations on HSE performance data to identify performance trends and areas of concern/risk at a Project and or Site level. Propose and follow-up on recommendations for action. What you'll bring:
Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/ or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred. Applied First Aid Certificate is essential. Experience in a similar HSE role. Well established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous. The ability to accurately assemble and maintenance document and quality records, and produce reports using MS Office Suite. Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels. Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
