Momentum Project Manager (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified)Real Futures is a majority Aboriginal-owned and staffed company. We provide tailored employment services, Community Development Program (CDP), Transition to Work (TtW), Disability Employment Services (DES), and Parent Pathways across Australia.Momentum helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in North-Eastern NSW to overcome common obstacles to securing employment.A day in the life of our Momentum Project Manager can include, but are not limited to the following:Leading the operational delivery of Momentum Program and team to achieve performance goals, revenue, EBITDA targets, quality results while ensuring sustainability of contract.Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with the consortium partners, ensuring that program goals, KPIs, and participant outcomes are consistently achieved.Identify opportunities for improvement by working closely with the consortium partner to adapt and enhance service delivery.Ensure alignment between consortium partners on key deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.Facilitate problem-solving and joint action planning to address any performance gaps or emerging challenges, promoting a solutions-focused approach.Report on progress and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability across the consortium.Providing quarterly and annual reporting to Momentum Stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with consortium partners, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure program objectives are met.Drive performance by coordinating regular meetings and communications with the consortium partners, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices.Use performance management tools and organisational training resources proactively to improve individual competencies and performance across the Momentum Program.Develop and maintain operational relationships with relevant government bodies, community organisations, and employers.Conduct performance appraisals with staff and where required implement performance management.Ensure provision of a safe working environment for all employees.Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride, and trust; facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish Momentum Program goals.Contribute to the strategy, direction, and future planning of the Momentum Program.Continuous quality improvement process for all services and programs, focusing on simplifying systems, process improvement, and effective use of technology, that result in cost-effective and sustainable service delivery.Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for 10 months.Applicants for this position must be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, identify as being Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and be accepted in the community as such.
