About the role
Working under the instruction of the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with Business Managers to implement sales and marketing initiatives. You'll coordinate and implement marketing and promotional activities, technical literature and a range of other marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Maintain CRM systems, build & maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention & growth Prepare price lists, analyse sales forecasts, develop sales proposals & implement plans to achieve sales objectives Assist with tender pricing & bids, quote preparation & quality followup/feedback Support business objectives by identifying market opportunities, monitoring competitor activity & managing customer expectation Contribute to compliance updates, inventory & KPI reporting Understand supply chain process & contribute to the implementation of improvements for new & existing sales & marketing plans Build strategic partnerships, achieve competitive advantage & market position for KWP Increase profile and reputation of Koppers, maintain market share & meet profitability targets Requirements :
3+ yrs experience in sales, marketing, or related field Relevant qualifications preferred Experience with tenders and sales processes Independent and confident to undertake and complete tasks effectively CRM and marketing tools experience eg, Canva/ EDM/ Pro-Files etc High level communication skills with all stakeholders Advanced level computer skills, including report writing & data interpretation Understanding of quality management systems, SHEMS policies/procedures & Zero Harm, Zero Waste principles What's on offer
