What will you be doing? As a Modern Workplace Engineer with Chamonix, will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions that empower organizations with modern workplace technologies. Collaborating with clients across various industries, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming traditional work environments into efficient, secure, and collaborative modern workplaces.
How will you help contribute to our success? Collaborate with clients to design and implement modern workplace solutions, incorporating technologies such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.Execute the deployment of modern workplace solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to client operations.Provide ongoing support for end-users, addressing issues, and optimizing the functionality of modern workplace tools.Implement security best practices within modern workplace solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate modern workplace solutions into larger technology ecosystemsWhat skills does our ideal candidate have? Proficient in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.Expertise in collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide effective end-user support.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in modern workplace environmentsRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are desirableWhat's in it for you?
