As a Modern Workplace Engineer, your mission is to design, implement, and support enchanting solutions.
Take charge of Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite, and collaborate with a team of technical specialists to tackle level three escalations.

What's Involved? Effortlessly manage incidents, problems, and service requests.Provide timely updates and resolutions, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.Resolve issues remotely or assist end-users on-site.Empower the Service Desk and Desktop Support team through training.Architect, design, and deploy Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite.Leverage Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Microsoft 365.Deliver Modern Desktop Solutions and endpoint management using Intune/Autopilot and MECM.Implement and maintain captivating AVD environments.Ensure devices and software meet security requirements.Manage end-user hardware, from purchasing to decommissioning.Prepare technical documentation.A bit about you! You have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and modern workplace tools.5+ years in enterprise IT environments.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Teams.Mastery of PowerShell or similar scripting languages.Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products.Strong adherence to Change Management using ITIL supported frameworks.Prepare for a world of innovation and embrace the thrill of shaping the future with your technological prowess.
