Modelling And Simulation Engineers

A leading Defence consultancy with a national presence is seeking multiple Modelling and Simulation Engineers for contract roles in the Aerospace and EW Domains.
These positions involve Systems Modelling, Software Modelling and Simulation, Verification & Validation (V&V), and model integration for Defence platform systems and sub-systems.
Candidates with experience in Defence, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering are encouraged to apply.
We welcome both mid-level and senior professionals.
These positions are expected to commence in December or January, depending on availability and processing timelines.
Contracts will run until EOFY initially.
Responsibilities: Develop and test mathematical models for Naval or Air platform systems and sub-systems.Integrate MATLAB/Simulink models into custom simulation environments (C++) and test integration outcomes.Review simulation results, providing guidance and support tools.Design and conduct tests to validate individual models and the overall system.Create detailed documentation, including report writing and presenting results.Develop new models and execute existing ones using various software tools.Plan, integrate, and test the model integration process, including defining steps and documenting results.Requirements: Experience working on Defence platform systems or related applications.Strong background in modelling and simulation, software development, or numerical analysis.Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and modern simulation tools.Understanding of Radar and Electromagnetic technologies.Experience with CUDA.Proficient in both Windows and Linux development environments.NV1 security clearance or higher. #J-18808-Ljbffr
