$550 - $750 per day + Super4 month contractMacquarie Park + WFHOpportunity to work within the NSW GovernmentClient Overview2XM Recruit is proud to be partnering with the NSW Government based in Macquarie Park who are looking for aModel Assumption Analystto contribute to the development and advise on the assumptions used by forecasters and divisions in existing operational and strategic models to meet the needs of stakeholders and project requirements.Key Accountabilities Of The RoleWork with model planners to translate needs of stakeholder outcomes or project to assumptions that are applied to models and forecast outcomes.Assist in the application of frameworks and techniques which convert customer behaviour, survey results, network movements and demand into model inputs across operational, strategic and freight segments.Analyse trends to inform baselines and scenarios for model assumption inputs.Contribute to maintaining a glossary containing a listing of assumptions used to generate input into models to increase efficiency of assumption generation and forecast runs.Complete procedures and governance for model assumption standards and testing of model assumptions to ensure relevancy and suitability for use by projects and business areas.ExperienceMicrosimulation Modelling - Aimsun, Vissim, SIDRAStrategic Modelling – EMMEGeospatial Systems - QGIS, ArcMapProgramming - Python, VBAData Analytics - Excel, TableauYou must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.If you are available to start immediately and are currently seeking new career opportunities, PleaseClick Apply OR send your resume to ****** OR call 0466 230 365for further information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
