As the HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce and facilities.
You will lead the charge in developing robust safety protocols, working closely with all departments to integrate HSE best practices into everyday operations.
Your expertise and initiative will guide MOCO Food Services in maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and incident prevention.
Your key duties and responsibilities will be the following:
Design, execute, and continuously iterate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.
Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and lead thorough investigations of incidents to mitigate future occurrences and enhance overall safety performance.
Manage the rehabilitation and return to work program.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to foster a safety-conscious culture and ensure adherence to legal and industry-specific HSE requirements.
You will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest regulations and standards, ensuring our practices not only meet but exceed compliance requirements.
Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a culture of safety and responsibility and driving continuous improvement.

About You
You have proven experience in a health, safety, and environmental management role, ideally within a similar industry or environment.
You excel in leading teams and influencing others to adopt and maintain high safety standards.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess risks accurately and develop effective solutions.
You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating safety procedures clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
You are proactive in identifying potential safety issues and implementing preventive measures before problems arise.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
A Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, or equivalent degree Deep understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
Expertise in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
Strong investigation skills regarding workplace incidents, with a consistent work ethic in identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs to successfully educate employees on safety practices and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex safety and environmental challenges effectively.
