About the Role
Partner closely with division heads to drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Manage a broad range of HR activities, including industrial relations, work cover, EBA negotiations, employee relations, and performance management. Be a hands-on HR partner, providing strategic advice and delivering practical solutions to address diverse employee and organisational needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with leaders across various business divisions to implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture. You will be the go-to partner, from industrial relations and EBA negotiations to handling work cover and employee relations, shaping and influencing a wide range of HR functions to meet the needs of the business.

You are adaptable and proactive, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, working with senior leadership to drive HR strategy. Strong knowledge of industrial relations, work cover, and EBA negotiations within diverse work environments. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, performance management, and organisational development. A solid understanding of HR compliance, policies, and legislation to ensure organisational alignment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with additional HR certifications a plus. How to Apply
